About Us

The REACH-IN support group began as a vision between two mothers (Dacia Snelling & Tracy Jo Brown), both mothers whose children were diagnosed with Autism (ASD) and other intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.                                                                     Proverbs 31:8-9 (NIV)

Now an outreach ministry under the prayerful guidance and loving leadership of the Brown family, REACH-IN draws upon the individual interests and special attention of the entire family unit as a whole.

With the help of Northside Christian Church Support Group Ministries, Dacia and Tracy held the first REACH-IN Support Group on September 4, 2008.

Realizing the great need for support and lack of resources in their Southern Indiana community, they developed a plan of action.
